| Strumstick¨ strings and tuning Chart | |||||||
| This chart shows what range of notes a given size string can be tuned to on a given Strumstick. More data will be added over time | |||||||
| Middle C is C4; On Guitar 1st string is E4, 3rd string G3, 4th string D3, for comparison. | |||||||
| The lowest note listed will be rather loose, the highest rather tight; best results are in the middle of the range. | |||||||
| Remember the Chromatic scale goes C3, C#3 (orDb), D3, D#3 (orEb), E3, F3, F#3 (etc), G3, G#3, A3, A#3, B3, C4 ("middle C"), C#4, D4, D#4, E4, F4, etc. | |||||||
| Example: if you want a string tuned "A3" on a standard strumstick, find A3 in the range for some guage string in the Standard strumstick column | |||||||
| That would be a .014, or a .020. The.020 is at the very top of its range, .014 would be best. | |||||||
